This file is created the
same time as the Monthly Student Data. The information comes
from the School Definitions (Menu SR00, Option 19 combined with
the Attendance Calendar (Menu AT10, Option 5)

NOTE: Make sure the grades
taught in the school definitions are valid for that school
Monthly Student Data

There can be NO "&"
anywhere in the database. These characters make the MSIS edit
routine fail. This includes street names, guardian names, places
of employment, etc.

Make sure the teachers SSN
is in the instructor master file. (RG20, Option 1)
Initial Load
-
Make sure the students birth
date is valid and after Jan. 1 1970.
